Please be in your PT attire for all the trainings and assemble at the quadrangle at the stated above. Please also bring along your Full-Uniform on 11th, 17th and 21st Dec 2009.

There will be a training on 20 Nov '09 (Friday) from 1pm to 4pm in preperation for your promotion. Fall-in at the quadrangle at 1pm sharp. The attire will be PT-kit. The rest of the training dates will be put up by this Friday. Still tune!

Hello Batch 9,
I said in the noon that I will post my words for you guys on the blog, 'cause I have quite alot to say. Here it goes:
Revision of Drills I'm sure you guys know where's the problem, it's just those few. I don't want to write down the whole chuck of mistake you guys made, so if you're still blur about what went wrong EXACTLY, then come and ask me yourself.
Revision of Knots You guys should be quite alright in terms of tying the knots. So I shall give you guys a test in 2 weeks time. (: But do reflect on your behaviour during the knots and lashing session. Do you guys think that you're serious enough?
Attitude Let's talk about your attitude for this training. Do you think you are serious enough? Do you think that you are treating each other with respect? What's your tone and choice of word when talking to someone? Is it appropriate? Think again before you give an answer to yourself. And I think that you guys have good squad spirit, but there's still room for improvement.
In overall, I feel that you guys were quite good for this training, since it has been quite long since the last training. Continue to work hard, keep training for your promotion test in the coming month.
Treat others with respect, and they will treat you with respect too. Do not demand.

Please be in PROPER PT-kit. NCOs: Hua Yi P.E shirt/NPCC shirt with track pants for all. Cadets: Hua Yi P.E shirt/NPCC shirt with track pants(girls)/P.E pants(boys)
Saturday's training will be revision for the promotion test. I will inform you guys the promotion test dates later.

Hi Cadets!
Jurongville NPCC is organising a photography competition.
I shall post up some details here:
Eligibility
This competition is only opened to NPCC Cadets from Secondary 1 to Secondary 5. Non-NPCC members are strictly not eligible to participate. No registration fees are required to enter the competition.
Entry Period
All entries must be received before 15 November 2009 in order to qualify for prizes. Jurongville NPCC reserves the rights to modify the deadline in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Entry Instructions
1.Each participant is allowed a maximum of 2 entries. All entries are non-returnable.
2.Entries may originate from a non-digital format (such as prints scanned into digital format)
3.Entries must be submitted in JPEG format and should be at least 1MB but shall not exceed 5MB
4.No photo montages or composite images will be accepted
5.Regardless of the entries the participants submit, he/she will only stand to win one prize
6.Participants must submit the actual image file, not a link or other type of file
7.Photographs must be uploaded in its original state. Minor adjustments of lighting/exposure are allowed.
8.Each photo must be accompanied by a caption not more than 20 words.
9.All photographs are to be submitted via email to jvsnpcc@gmail.com before 15 November 2009
